CONCENTRATION OF INTERLEUKINES IN BLOOD PLASMA IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA – CARRIERS OF ANTI-INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES GENES POLYMORPHISMS

Introduction. There were examined 195 patients with chronic сerebrovasсular pathology and 149 healthy residents of the Zabaykalsky region. The aim of the study. Detection of genetic polymorphism in cytokines IL4-589С>T, IL10-1082G>A, IL10-819C>T, IL10-592C>A, and also the determination of the amount of IL1β, RA IL1, IL4, IL10, TNFα in blood plasma. Methods. The polymerase chain reaction for DNA of leukocytes of blood, the enzyme immunoassay of blood plasma samples. Results. In patients with cerebral chronic ischemia, also as well as in healthy examinees, carriers of genotypes of IL4-589-TT the decrease in concentration of IL10 in group of control to 3,47±0,00 pkg/ml, in chronic cerebral ischemia (CC) group to 6,81±2,23 pkg/ml was revealed, in owners of IL10-1082AA the amount of IL10 decreased in group of control to 3,35±1,41 pkg/ml and in CCI group – to 7,37±1,03 pkg/ml respectively (р
