EXPRESSION OF SIGNAL MOLECULES IN HUMAN ENDOMETRIUM: OPTIMIZATION OF THE IMPLANTATION SUSCEPTIBILITY UNDER THE ACTION OF ALLOGENEIC PLACENTA HYDROLYSATE

Introduction. The article is devoted to the actual medical and social problem of modern reproductive medicine – new approaches to improve and regenerate the implantation susceptibility of the endometrium in infertility. Currently, in addition to traditional hormone therapy, modern medicine has a wide range of metabolic substances, antioxidants and reparants to optimize the receptivity of the endometrium. The study was conducted on the endometrial cells culture of infertility patients of different reproductive age, because nowadays owing to the improvement of quality of life and medical achievements more and more women plan pregnancy after 35 years. The aim of the study. To estimate «in vitro» the effect of human placental hydrolyzate (Melsmon® preparation, Japan) for the subcutaneous administration on the expression of signaling molecules providing endometrial receptivity to implantation. Results. Under the influence of Melsmon preparation a statistically significant increase in the expression of the markers of calreticulin, kisspeptin and sirtuin-1 has been revealed, while the aromatase cytochrome P450 decreases in endometrial culture of infertile patients. Conclusion. Results of expression of key signal molecules providing the regulation of metabolic processes, intra- and intercellular interactions in tissues, showed Melsmon preparation to have capabilities to regulate and optimize the state of the endometrium, restore its structural and functional characteristics, activate processes of intra- and intercellular communications, increase the implantation capacity of the endometrium.
