Introduction. Biomimetic peptides – are synthetic compounds which are identical to amino acid sequence that are synthesized by organizm, which can interact with growth factor receptors and provide antiaging clinical effect. The aim of the study. Investigation of the effect of biomimetic peptides on the repair processes in the dermis on a model of cell cultures and in vivo. Methods. There were used the method of cell culture, immunocytochemistry, confocal microscopy. Results. Biomimetic peptides regulates the synthesis of proteins Ki-67, procollagen-1, AP-1 and Sirt-6. in cell cultures of human fibroblasts. It contributes to the activation of regeneration processes and launching mechanisms preventing aging. When intradermal administration of complex biomimetic petpids, after 2 weeks there is a more dense arrangement of collagen fibers in the dermis and increased size of the fibers. The complex of biomimetic peptides shown to be effective in experiments in vivo, where there was an increase in proliferative and synthetic activity of fibroblasts. Conclusion. Investigation have shown that the studied peptides have biological effects, testifying the stimulation of reparative processes in the skin under their influence.
