Background. Plasminogen activators play the leading role in the tumor growth and metastasis. Growth factors stimulate proliferative processes and are involved in neoangiogenesis. Aim of the study. Identification of changes in components of the fibrinolysis system and growth factors in hyperplastic tissues of the breast and uterus during the extinction of the menstrual function. Methods. Plasminogen activators and growth factors were studied by the ELISA methods in tumor tissue of solitary malignant tumors of the breast, endometrium, nodular form of fibrocystic breast disease and hysteromyoma (HM), as well as in combined breast cancer (BC) and HM.
