This review is devoted to availability of investigation of expression of signaling molecules in personalized and predictive medicine. As exemplified in cardio-vascular pathology (hypertonic disease, myocardial infarction), Alzheimer’s disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease the high-potency of molecular methods for examination and identification of predisposition, differential diagnosis, prognosis and the choice of optimal therapeutic approach to social significant diseases has been shown.
