There are many applications of biosensors in biochemical analysis. High specifity of biorecognizing element that allows to carry out a quantitative analysis of complex analytes with high accuracy and to detect ultrasmall concentration of the certain molecules is an unique biosensor feature. The methods of protein immobilization on the sensor surface which provide to save the molecule activity, wide range of temperatures, pressures and pH values and reproducibility of sensor properties are discussed in this review.
