Введение. Сахарный диабет типа 1 (СД1) и типа 2 (СД2) характеризуется рядом общих этиологических факторов и имеет сходные механизмы развития. Представляется актуальной оценка общей генетической компоненты в возникновении и формировании 2 типов диабета. Целью исследования было на основании анализа генетических баз данных провести поиск общих и специфических генов для СД1 и СД2. Материалы. Источниками данных об ассоциациях генетических маркеров с СД1 и СД2 послужили 2 базы – The Genetic Association Database (GAD) и Catalog of Published Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS); сведения о биологических процессах, в которые вовлечены ассоциированные гены, взяты из Human Protein Reference Database. Результаты. Современные генетические базы данных (GAD и GWAS) фиксируют 381 ген, варианты которых ассоциированы с развитием СД у человека, их них 92 специфичны для СД1, 237 – для СД2, а 59 генов являются общими для этих заболеваний. Общие для 2 заболеваний гены оказались также ассоциированы с диабетическими осложнениями, параметрами углеводного обмена и рядом других сложнонаследуемых заболеваний и признаков (ожирение, ишемическая болезнь сердца, показатели метаболизма липидов, хронические заболевания кишечника). Среди общих для СД1 и СД2 генов наибольшее значение имеют гены, продукты которых задействованы в передаче сигналов и клеточных взаимодействиях, а также вовлеченные в регуляцию метаболизма (главным образом обеспечивающие энергетические пути). Среди специфичных для СД1 более представлены гены иммунного ответа, для СД2 – гены, продукты которых регулируют метаболизм нуклеиновых кислот. Заключение. В структуре наследственной компоненты предрасположенности к СД1 и СД2 идентифицируются как специфические, так и общие гены. Утверждается, что как персонализация, так и унификация в лечении и прогнозе при различных формах нарушений углеводного обмена, складывающихся в многообразие нозологических форм СД, должны учитываться в организации медицинской помощи больным.
