О РОЛИ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМА ГЕНОВ ЦИТОКИНОВ В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗА

Проанализированы реферативные источники (PubMed, ВИНИТИ РАН, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane database, Current Controlled Trials) с целью сбора информации по исследованиям ассоциаций полиморфизма генов IL6, TNFα, IL10, TGFβ с атеросклерозом и его осложнениями. При анализе литературы не зарегистрировано единого мнения о сопряженности геномных вариантов IL-6-174G>C, IL-6-572G>C, IL-6-597G>A, TNF-α-308G>A, IL-10-1082G>A, IL-10-592A>C с механизмами развития атеросклероза. Это, вероятно, связано со сложной физиологией интерлейкинов, особенностями регуляции их транскрипции, клинической гетерогенностью пациентов (величиной выборки, этнической принадлежностью обследованных, неоднородностью сопутствующих заболеваний среди них) и временем проведения исследований. Дальнейшее изучение роли полиморфизма генов интерлейкинов при атеросклерозе позволит установить новые диагностические критерии предрасположенности к развитию сосудистых катастроф и индивидуально подходить к терапии заболевания.
