Обзор посвящен методу изотермической петлевой реакции (loop-mediated isothermal amplification – LAMP), который был изобретен в 2000 г. и постепенно становится одной из наиболее популярных изотермических амплификационных технологий. Подробно рассматриваются механизм LAMP-реакции и различные способы детекции ее результата, перечислены преимущества и ограничения метода. Приведена краткая характеристика различных модификаций методики для обнаружения РНК, одновременного поиска нескольких мишеней (мультиплекс-вариант) и количественного определения ДНК. Указаны перспективные направления применения изотермической петлевой реакции амплификации в качестве экспресс-диагностического метода.
