ЛЕПТИН И ЕГО РОЛЬ В РАЗВИТИИ ПЛОДА И НОВОРОЖДЕННОГО

В обзоре представлены данные литературы о роли лептина в морфологическом и функциональном развитии плаценты, плода и новорожденного ребенка. Результаты экспериментальных и клинических исследований свидетельствуют об участии лептина в механизмах формирования плаценты, аутокринных и гормональных процессах, в регуляции роста хрящевой и костной тканей плода, развитии его легких, жировой ткани, эритропоэзе и контроле энергетического баланса до рождения. Лептин оказывает влияние на пролиферацию, дифференциацию нейронов, на формирование нейронных сетей, вовлеченных в развитие когнитивиых функций и памяти. Гормон воздействует на центральную нервную систему, регулируя продукцию и секрецию нейропептидов, вовлеченных в контроль аппетита и энергетических затрат. Показана роль лептина в выживании, постнатальной адаптации новорожденного и дальнейшем формировании его функциональных систем в норме и при патологии.
