В структуре онкологической заболеваемости в развитых странах рак легкого (РЛ) занимает лидирующее положение. Общая пятилетняя выживаемость при РЛ не превышает 10–20% даже при использовании всего современного арсенала лечебных методов. Множественная лекарственная устойчивость является важным аспектом неэффективности лечения РЛ и актуальным направлением в исследовании опухолей. Фармакокинетические аспекты, такие как абсорбция, распределение, метаболизм и выведение, уменьшают количество химиотерапевтического средства, которое эффективно достигает раковых клеток. Развитие лекарственной устойчивости ограничивает эффективность химиотерапевтического лечения онкологических заболеваний, при этом частота неудач лечения метастатических опухолей составляет более 90%. Исследования показали, что растворимый кальций-связывающий белок сорцин участвует в развитии множественной лекарственной устойчивости различных типов опухолей человека, однако потенциальный молекулярный механизм, лежащий в основе способности сорцина регулировать процесс развития множественной лекарственной устойчивости при РЛ человека до конца не выяснен. Существует неотложная потребность в новых терапевтических стратегиях и дальнейших исследованиях роли молекулы сорцина в развитии фенотипа множественной лекарственной устойчивости, которые помогут определить сорцин как новый диагностический и терапевтический маркер для различных видов РЛ. Данный обзор посвящен анализу современных исследований в этом направлении.
