Остеопонтин как фактор нейровоспаления при хронических неинфекционных заболеваниях

Остеопонтин (ОПН) – высокофосфорилированный многофункциональный гликофосфопротеин, обладающий важной функциональной активностью при онкологических и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях, сахарном диабете, патологии почек и печени, воспалительном процессе и оказывающий влияние на жизнеспособность клеток. Индуцированное ремоделирование тканей и функциональное восстановление в основном зависят от его положительной роли в координации провоспалительных и противовоспалительных реакций, антиапоптотическом действии, а также от других механизмов, таких как влияние на хемотаксис и пролиферацию различных клеток. ОПН играет ключевую роль на секрецию интерлейкина (IL)-10, -12, -3, интерферона-γ, NF-κB, макрофагов и Т-клеток. ОПН получил широкое распространение в связи с возможностью его использования в качестве маркера с диагностической или прогностической ценностью, поскольку его секретируемые уровни могут быть измерены и сопоставимы с содержанием в тканях. Целью настоящего обзора является рассмотрение роли ОПН в ассоциации с хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями, а также нейровоспалением при данных патологиях. Для поиска актуальной литературы использовали базы данных Medline и Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) с 2000 по 2021 гг.
