Изучение взаимосвязи концентраций меди и цинка в сыворотке крови с маркерами воспаления

Введение. По современным представлениям, воспалительный процесс является одним из ключевых звеньев в развитии сердечно-сосудистых, аутоиммунных, неврологических, онкологических заболеваний, а также метаболического синдрома, осложнений сахарного диабета, патологий дыхательной системы. Реализация нормального воспалительного ответа требует метаболических и клеточных ресурсов, функциональности ферментативных и антиоксидантных систем, что, в свою очередь, зависит от обеспеченности организма макро- и микроэлементами. Исследования показали, что цинк и медь являются одними из основных элементов, связанных с воспалением. Цель исследования – рассмотреть взаимосвязи концентраций меди и цинка сыворотки крови с маркерами воспаления. Материал и методы. В исследовании рассмотрены корреляции между концентрациями меди и цинка сыворотки крови и различными показателями воспаления у 1153 человек в возрасте от 18 до 86 лет. У обследованных были определены концентрации С-реактивного белка (СРБ), СОЭ, ферритина, церулоплазмина, лейкоцитов, нейтрофилов, фибриногена, мочевой кислоты, меди, цинка. Микроэлементы сыворотки крови были измерены методом масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно связанной плазмой, остальные показатели были определены стандартными методами.
